Terms of Use

What kind of site is this, and what can a reader rely on?

www.horsepwer.co.uk is a static publication. Every page is a file built in advance and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account, and no form, input field or upload control anywhere in the build. Nothing on this site lets a visitor register, submit, upload or create anything, so there is nothing here to suspend, terminate or transfer.

The published inventory is fixed at build time: the sitemap lists a single address. Every page carries a publication and modification date in its structured data, and the modification date shown there — 3 September 2026 — matches the date the sitemap publishes. That match is how a reader can tell which version of this text they are looking at. Everything a page loads, including its styles, scripts, fonts and images, is served from this same domain; no third-party server is contacted while a page is being displayed. If a visitor requests an address that does not exist on the site, they receive a page marked so that search engines will not index it, and that page immediately forwards them to the home page, so a mistyped or expired link never turns into a page of its own.

What happens when a link on this site is clicked?

This site runs no gambling service of its own. Links that point toward an operator do not open that operator directly. Instead, each one is an address on this domain that answers with a redirect and hands the visitor onward to the operator's own tracking address. The build defines ten such redirect rules, and every one of them points outside this domain.

  • Every operator link is marked as a sponsored link.
  • Every operator link opens in a separate browser tab.
  • The redirect happens on this domain first; the operator's site is reached only after that redirect completes.
  • Once the redirect lands on the operator's own address, the reader's relationship is with that operator, not with this site.

Anything that happens after that point — the terms offered, the rules that apply, any account created, any dispute that arises — belongs entirely to the destination the reader has been sent to. This page describes only the mechanism that gets a reader there; it does not describe, endorse or guarantee what is found on the other side of it.

What this page cannot promise

This build carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. That absence means these terms cannot promise a complaints channel, a stated response time or a named counterparty to write to. There is no registration and no account system, so there is no visitor-generated content, no profile and no submitted material that any clause here could govern.

Because of that, this page does not name a company, does not state a governing law or court, does not set an age threshold, does not claim any licence or regulator, and does not describe a right of appeal or a dispute procedure. None of those things are part of what this build actually contains, so inventing them here would only mislead the reader. The only terms that bind anybody once a redirect is followed are the terms published by the destination itself, at the address the visitor actually lands on.
